Important Update: Suspension of Shipping Services from China to the USA

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our shipping services from China to the United States. 

Due to recent changes in U.S. tariffs policy, which have significantly increased operational costs and created logistical complexities, we regret to announce that we will suspend all shipping services from China to the USA effective April 22, 2025. This decision was not made lightly and comes after careful evaluation of the challenges posed by these regulatory changes. 

What This Means for You: 

- Pending Orders: Orders placed before April 22, 2025 will be processed and shipped as usual. (Regular orders and replacement orders that need to be shipped from China)

- After April 22, 2025, replacements orders for USA users will be postponed. We are arranging bulk shipment of replacement parts to the USA warehouse for local shipping, hoping this would lower the tariff cost for the users.

- Future Updates: We are actively exploring alternative solutions to resume services and will keep you informed of any developments.
