 1. Eligibility for Replacement  

We offer free replacements for parts under the following circumstances: 

- Damaged Parts: Physical damage (e.g., cracks, bends) or defects caused during manufacturing or shipping. 

- Missing Parts: Components not included in your original shipment. 

- Quality Issues: Parts that fail to function as intended due to material or workmanship flaws under warranty period. 

 

Exclusions: 

- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. 

- Normal wear and tear. 

- Parts purchased from third-party sellers. 

 

 2. How to Request a Replacement  

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team.

Step 2: Provide the following details: 

- Order number and purchase date. 

- A clear description of the issue. 

- Photos/video showing the damage, defect, or missing items. 

 

Step 3: We’ll check your request within 48 hours and reply you further guidance. 

 

 3. Replacement Process 

- Replacement parts usually ship within 3–5 business days via standard delivery. Sometimes lead time may be longer if the parts are out of stock.

- Return of Defective Parts: In some cases, we may require the return of the defective item before shipping a replacement. 

 

 4. Limitations 

- We reserve the right to deny claims lacking sufficient evidence or made outside the warranty. 

- FoxAlien is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
