 1. Order Processing Time 

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. 

- Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales, or due to inventory checks. Customers will be notified via email if delays arise. 

 2. Shipping Options & Costs

- Cannot find your country in the shipping list: we can ship globally from the China warehouse. If you can't find your shipping address in the list, please contact support@foxalien.com for assistance.

- Due to security restrictions, shipment cannot be shipped to military address (APO and FPO address), oversea territories and islands.

3. Warehouse

- Usually, orders will be shipped from local warehouses based on your locations.

- We may ship from China warehouse if the items are out of stock in overseas warehouses. We will contact you before shipment if there is extra shipping fee and import fee.

 4. Customs, Duties, & Taxes 

- Customs Declarations: All packages include accurate product descriptions and values to comply with international customs regulations. 

- Import Duties & Taxes: These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by the destination country. We cannot predict or cover these fees. 

- Refused Shipments: If a package is rejected due to unpaid duties/taxes, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will exclude original shipping fees. 

5. Tracking & Logistics 

- A tracking number and link will be emailed once your order is shipped. 

- Our logistics partners include DHL, FedEx, UPS, Amazon Logistics or other local postal services etc.

 6. Delivery Issues 

- Failed Deliveries: Ensure your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or lost packages. One free redelivery service is provided.

- Lost/Damaged Packages: 

  - Report issues within 72 hours of the estimated delivery date by contacting aftersale@foxalien.com. 

  - We will investigate with the carrier and resolve issues within 5-7 business days. 

  - Refunds or reshipments are offered if the package is confirmed lost/damaged by the carrier (subject to carrier investigation).

7. Order Cancellation

- Orders cancellation request email must be sent within 24 hours after order is placed. Contact aftersale@foxalien.com

- Once the order is shipped out, we cannot guarantee the order can be canceled successfully. It will be handed as Customer-requested returns. Please review our Return & Refund Policy.
